The STEREO “A" observatory (the one that will be placed ahead of Earth in its orbit around the sun) was moved onto a small cylindrical stand so technicians can access the spacecraft's center cylinder shown here in this photo.

This picture was taken from underneath the stand looking up (toward the ceiling) into the spacecraft's center cylinder. The squares in the center of the image are ceiling tiles located well above the spacecraft.
