Preparing Reaction Wheels for Spacecraft Integration

APL mechanical technicians install a mounting bracket onto a spacecraft's reaction wheel. Four reaction wheels-used to provide spacecraft attitude control and stability-will be placed on each of the twin STEREO observatories.
