Installation: A Team Effort 1

IMPACT personnel from the University of Calif., Berkeley, alongside APL STEREO team members, install the IMPACT boom, in early April 2005, onto the STEREO "A" observatory for initial testing on the spacecraft. The boom will then be removed and placed into another clean room at APL for additional instrument-specific work and testing before its permanent installation later this year.
